Cold avocado cream with basil

Ingredients: 

For 6 people:

1 ripe avocado

¼ litre of milk

125 dl. of cream

1 dl. of olive oil

A few drops of vinegar

25 grs. of whole almonds

Salt

Pepper

Basil leaves

Remove the skin and stone from the avocado and cut into wedges, mix well with the other ingredients using a wooden spoon.

Leave to macerate for 30 minutes.

The dish can be decorated with basil leaves and can be eaten cold or at room temperature.
