The Dog Beach in Motril is located on Playa del Cable. It occupies a space of 12,000 m2 for the enjoyment of our pets. It has a modern circular dog shower, dog water fountain, rubbish bins, normal shower and walkway to the shore. Free parking area next to the beach. Open for dogs all year round! Generally this beach has less people than other beaches and the sand is gravel. In operation since 2016, Motril was a pioneer in the province of Granada in converting part of the beaches into a dog beach. In Motril our pets can accompany us on holiday and enjoy with us, cooling off, running, playing, swimming and making new friends at the Dog Beach.
