Migas

Traditionally, this delicious dish is eaten on rainy days. Migas are made with semolina flour or bread and this dish is accompanied with fried green peppers and some fried fish such as whitebait, and of course a glass of wine. Sometimes it is accompanied with bacon and chorizo, instead of fish.
