Caldero de Pescado (Fideos Aparte)

Originally this dish was prepared by the cook on the fishing boats and was eaten by all the crew during their long fishing days, traditionally it was a humble dish, using fish with less commercial value (moralla and other species) and also a cheap product such as noodles. Today this dish is one of the highlights of our local cuisine and has been promoted to a higher great category, its elaboration by seafaring men and women is an art.
